Our TRX Classes are a very efficient full body workout and different from yoga. With TRX classes you will excel like an Olympian and achieve peak physical conditioning. We do this by giving you an exceptional training environment, a team of best in class coaches and teachers, and using cutting edge TRX focused training programs.
TRX® Suspension Trainer™ classes allows for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. Traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time and the TRX forces you to use normal coordinated muscle effort, used to complete most everyday activities. Plus the TRX is fun and different and we promise you won't be bored.
Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer™,a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal. TRX classes are 45 minutes unless otherwise specified.
TRX Body Blast
TRX Body Blast is a strength-focused class which is based on reps, tempo and form. Body Blast engages all your muscles in this non-stop TRX workout. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility with this total-body program.
TRX Cardio Circuit
TRX Circuit Training challenges users with a fast-paced workout that combines TRX strength exercises with cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace.
TRX 101 Workshop
New to TRX? Let us show you the basics with our "getting started" session. This 90 minute intro session will walk you through how to set up and use the TRX, the best ways to adjust resistance and stability, give you easy to follow tips for progressing, and an overview of our basic set of foundational exercises. A slow paced class will be incorporated.
