Serena Postel

Guided by the heart, Serena draws from her own mindfulness practice, curiosity of ancient teachings and study of sound as medicine, to offer classes for the cultivation of compassion and lovingkindness. A continuous student of the nature of life, a musician, yoga instructor and recognized teacher of MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction), she wholeheartedly holds space for others on their path of practice to remember and hear their own inner guide. 

In addition to training in MBSR, Serena has a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training through Erica Blitz and Rachel Scott of YYoga, Kirtan Training with Andres Salcedo and 50 hour Yin Yoga Training with Monica Angelatos.
