Philip is grateful for his teacher Jonathan Austman. He is devoted to the practice and is trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin yoga. He has attended workshops with Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor and senior teachers in LA.
Philip welcomes all levels to his classes. Come with a beginners mind. Feel comfortable and ready to learn and expect hands on assists. Leave feeling peaceful, healthy and balanced.
