Kristy first found her passion for fitness in the form of dance at an early age. After 18 years of dancing competitively she hung up her shoes and found a new way of training in the gym. After trying her first TRX class at Yoga Public she was instantly hooked. Over the past years she has obtained her certification to teach TRX, her personal training certification, and completed training to be a spin instructor. Her main goals in this industry come from working with people and inspiring them to find their own passion for health, wellness, and fitness and helping to show them what an impact it can have on their lives.
