I am an inspired and spirited yoga teacher who loves living in the prairies. I am trained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga and also have a background in dance. My classes are energetic, playful and will get you flowing, but also bring a focus to a key aspect of yoga - the breath. Yoga is not just a physical practice, but a uniting of the whole body, mind and soul and the breathe is the tool to bring it all together.
Some amazing teachers have guided me. I follow the advice, "Always be a student". My first training was 200 hour Ashtanga in Goa, India. I have since completed the YYoga 200 hour Teacher Training and 200 hour Sivatantra Teacher Training.
I have a huge passion for yoga and believe that I posses a talent for sharing my experiences and encouraging others to grow through this practice.
