Personal Training with Giulia De leo

Giulia has enjoyed a lifelong passion in promoting and living a healthy lifestyle. In 2008 she graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba. She provides fun, dynamic and challenging workouts as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and fitness educator. She strives to help people of all backgrounds and fitness levels enjoy long, healthy and fulfilling lives. 

Giulia is the owner of De Leo Athletics. She holds the following certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, FMS Certified, Qualified TRX Trainer, Certified Power Plate Trainer and Certified Strong First Kettlebell Instructor. She has completed several yoga certifications and incorporates this knowledge into her programming to include proper mobility, stability, and recovery as essential elements of a well rounded fitness program.

Fall Flex Pass Stay healthy and active with the Fall Flex Pass! This flexible class pass allows you to choose and pre-select classes around your schedule. Spread out your classes or load up for a couple of weeks of intense training. All classes are designed to improve strength, conditioning, flexibility, mobility, and recovery in an educating, challenging and fun environment! Choose a 5, 10, 15 or 20 class pass from our weekly schedule offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon from September 5th - November 9th. Investment: $149 - 5 classes / $275 - 10 classes / $375 - 15 classes / $449 - 20 classes
