KYMA yoga & meditation

KYMA is a complete Body, Mind and Soul unifying system covering a range of techniques. There is a Krisnamacharya Yoga practice, consisting of easy stretching, Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Mantras (vocalization). Mudras (hand gestures) are added to gain even more control over the flow of energy and bringing inner peace and control of both body and mind. Meditation will then be used to still your mind, focus it away from everyday concerns. This meditation teaches one to Release, Recharge and Energize. Audio-guidance, which uses unique brain-wave patterns, are working together to attain a state of peace and coherence. KYMA promotes physical health and peace of mind.
