This vigorous style of yoga links breath and movement through a sequence of Hatha yoga postures called Sun Salutations and other poses. The smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility. Vinyasa classes are best if you are already physically active, comfortable with the basic yoga postures, and appreciate a healthy sweat.
