Each day the TRX Classes focus on a different muscle group. The programming carefully alternates muscle focus to ensure that your body gets a balanced workout and proper time for recovery.
Mondays - TRX Arms & Core
Tuesdays - TRX Butt & Legs
Wednesdays - TRX Chest, Back & Core
Thursdays - TRX CORE
Fridays + Saturdays + Sundays - TRX Full Body
ActivWOD (Workout of the Day)
30-40 minute circuits 3 days weekly: Mondays 6:05-6:45pm, Wednesdays 5:30-6:05pm, 6:15-6:45pm, Fridays 4:15-5:55pm
ActivWOD is a circuit style class incorporating free weights, body weight exercises and high intensity interval training! We begin with a 5 minute warmup followed by a 25-35 minute circuit. Full-body and open to all levels!
