After 5+ years as a Certified Personal Trainer doing mainly 1-on-1 training, Carl began group training in 2016 and quickly began to realize a very powerful truth:

"There is just no comparing 1-on-1 to group training. There is just something about being around other like-minded people who are pushing themselves that inspires people to do more than they could ever do on their own or with just me as their trainer." As one of his small group training clients put it, "When I step into the room, I can feel the energy, excited to throw down the gauntlet. Having witnessed his clients achieve what would normally take months or even years to achieve 1-on-1 in a matter of weeks and months in a small group setting, Carl ditched the 1-on-1 modality completely to focus solely on small and large group training.

His signature program, SGT (Strong Group Training) combines the individual coaching aspect of individual training with the incomparable energy and motivation of the group at a fraction of the price of 1-on-1 training.

SGT is a 75 minute strength-based session that emphasizes the importance of proper form and mobility while providing an unparalleled level of motivation and empowerment for members to redefine their own strength both physically and mentally.
