Natasha went to Massage School at the Northwestern School of Massage and practiced as an RMT in Vancouver, B.C. for 8 years. She had the opportunity to work with many top film and music celebrities from around the world.
Natasha's unique approach to body work is layered with techniques to improve posture and promote awareness of the 'body-mind connection'. Her massage is based in relaxation modalities rather than therapeutic, which gives clients space to de-stress from their daily lives.
With over 20 years of experience, Natasha has worked to integrate her understanding of the body as both a yoga instructor and body worker. Because of the busy lives we lead, her passion lies in guiding clients into deep relaxation, whether on the yoga mat or the massage table. Natasha is thrilled to be able to offer her services as a body worker at Yoga Public.
