Personal Training with Angie Pringle

Angela is owner and operator of The Pringle Prescription. She studied at the University of Winnipeg and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology & Applied Health, along with her Personal Training Certification through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. Angela is most passionate about her small group programming in Activ Public. Her objective for the program is to provide a fun and educational environment for safe and functional movement. She has nearly a decade of experience with private and group personal training for all ages from youth to seniors.

Monthly Unlimited Autopay Membership $250 Train 2 - 4 x per week with this unlimited option. Expect a balanced schedule combining AfterBurn, Foundations, and Rotations classes structured to keep you mobile, healthy and increase your chances of gaining strength and loosing or maintaining weight. Overtraining is a popular fad in the fitness community; this program ensures your training is balanced, safe and effective without over or under doing it. Locate class options through the Yoga Public app on the regular class schedule under *Pringle P.

$85 - Private Training - When beginning clients purchase a Value Pack ($370) which included four sessions to get you started. From here a training option is selected

Early Risers Program $40-$50/class Enrolment limited to 4 - 6 participants per month with a maximum of 4 participants per session. Monday through Friday 6:00-7:00am.
